R-ETH100 is a bridge module with Fast Ethernet interface for GDNET. It controls the 100Mbps communication with the operator terminal on the one hand and powers and controls the modules mounted on the R-BUS(x) backplane on the other hand, collecting data from all inputs/outputs every 100µs. Up to 16 input/output modules can be controlled. A rotary switch on the front panel can be used to assign network node numbers (1-15). The communication port provides an RJ45 connector and two signal LEDs (link and data). The R-ETH100 is powered with 24VDC via a pluggable connector.
